By bidding, you hereby agree that all items are sold “as is and where is", with all faults, known & unknown, with no guarantees or warranties

If you make a bidding error during this auction, you must identify and report the error before the auction begins to close.   The Auctioneer has no obligation to undo bidding errors reported after the auction has begun to close.

 After registering to bid you will receive an email containing your bidder number.  This number, along with your chosen password will be used when you participate in all of our online events.

Bring assistance for heavy items and packaging for fragile goods, neither will be provided by event staff.

Items not collected will be deemed abandoned, and forfeited. Your credit card will be charged, and items forfeited WITH NO REFUND

Understand and agree that if, at the end of this auction, the Auctioneer is twice unable to charge your credit card for the entire amount of your purchases, your online bidding privileges will be suspended indefinitely and will only reinstate suspended accounts in the Auctioneer’s sole and absolute discretion if the suspended bidder remits a $1,000 deposit to be held in escrow for a period of one year.

A 15% Buyer’s Premium and 5.4% Sales Tax will  be added to every purchase.

 You agree that you will accept all charges placed on the credit card associated with your account, and you agree that you will not charge back any amount that the Auctioneer charges to your credit card.

Pick up dates will be Saturday August 10th from 10am to 2pm. And Monday August 12th from 10am to 2pm.   Keep in mind if item have not been picked up at these times they will be considered abandoned and will be removed. Space is limited. This includes times and dates for shippers as well.  If you do not have a shipper and need one we can recommend one for you. If you have questions or concerns please contact us.
